We observed that users primarily turn to Oasis for specific tasks or even to synthesize long recordings. This happens many times a day for some and once in a while for others. We think this is an excellent use of Oasis and we are honored to have so many loyal customers using Oasis, daily.

We created TalkTastic to fulfill this need.

Now you can use your TalkTastic as a voice keyboard to answer emails, respond to messages, write blog posts, fill in a survey, and any app where you can type on your macOS. You can speak naturally without having to think like a keyboard.

We're glad you asked. TalkTastic is a downloadable macOS app that you can use as a voice companion for your daily tasks. With TalkTastic, you can speak responses to Slack Messages or compose an email right where you are working already.

TalkTastic uses the same, accurate transcription as Oasis with contextual rewriting and seamless integration to paste into whatever app you are working.

Oasis is feature-rich, perfect for when you want to express thoughts that don't yet have a specific format to share or when you're starting from scratch. It allows you to choose your rewrite filters and edit texts in 55 languages.

Currently, TalkTastic is available only in English and exclusively on macOS, but this is just the beginning.

Yes, while TalkTastic is in beta, it is free to all users.

That's a good question and the answer is that we don't have rewrites yet. We are delighted by the amazing response we have had to our early beta testing. This feedback from you, the user, changed the way we are organizing what we build next. Our roadmap is forthcoming. Stay tuned.

Your Oasis account will remain as it is. We don't have any plans to sunset Oasis. In fact, we envision the two products converging to become the ultimate speech companion. They both use our lightening fast speech recognition, and AI to polish your writing into the perfect message. Let us know how you'd like to see them work together. We're always eager to hear from you.

We're excited for those platforms, as well. Our plan is to nail this on macOS and we need your help to do that! Once we get macOS working, we will consider porting to new platforms.
