You can do that through this link.
You can reach this at any time through the menu bar, select the TalkTastic logo > Send Feedback via Voice>
You can find this option via Help.
Choose the Help Center logo
in the bottom right of the page to open the Help Center. It will show a modal like the one below. Select
and speak naturally to Record Voice Note.
Use Help to Send a Message
From the same interface, you can send us a message via Help. Choose the help center logo in the bottom right of the page to open the Help Center > Select Messages > Write a message and someone will get back with you shortly.
